About Us

Our team is on a mission to equip & empower organizations to transform communities.

We envision a world where people in
every community are fully resourced & equipped to thrive.

In January 2021 our Founder set out to build a firm that could help organizations serve, support & empower black and brown people in every community.

Our managing partners at NEXT have been colleagues and friends in community development throughout Pierce County for many years and joined forces in late 2021. Rachel & Grant lead NEXT with four core values:

  • Humility

  • Hunger

  • Authenticity

  • Impact

With the combined experience of a relentlessly collaborative team, NEXT has quickly become a leader of leaders across sectors and various industries.
